In 1964, Virginia Daly bred the first Ocicat by accident. The resulting wild-looking spotted cat has been a favorite ever since. The breed is completely domestic with no wild cat blood whatsoever. The result of crossing Siamese, Abyssinians and the Domestic Shorthair yielded a fun, lively cat with jungle good looks.
